Kenny Rogers in Queensbay

X'Mas, 25th December 2007. This was the worst experience I having in Queensbay Mall Kenny Rogers. Before this, I had been visit the restaurant for many times and their service was so good and professional. However, during Christmas night, I went there for dinner. The restaurant was not so clouded and 50% of table still empty. Thus I decide to go in since their service was fast and professional. OK, story begin with the waitress who take order. I ask for 1 set of half chicken, make it separate in two plates, 1 for chicken and another 1 for sidelines. However, she looks like not so understand and repeat with Malay, then I told her in Malay that I don't like the mushroom source for chicken mix with the Coleslaw. She said OK, understand. Then who know they still serve me with the whole things mix in one plate. I plan not to argue with them since I know that no point to argue. I just smile to the guys and ask for 1 more empty plate. The source they given was not enough since I had order half chicken. I try to raise my hand but no one can see me. Finally I manage to get a white shirt gals to order the extra source(FYI, all other waitress are wearing black colour shirt), I suppose that should be their manager. I wait for 10 minutes still never get the original source, thus I try to raise my hand to the waitress. 80% of the waitress are damn free and surrounded together and making jokes. I walk straight to the food counter and ask for the source. The white shirt gal come to me and said:"Sorry, the bowl finish, need to wait for them to wash". But the gal in food counter said:"Oh, we still have many bowl here, at counter"! Damn stupid, if that is a manager, I think no point to complaint! OK, after finish my food, the male waitress just come to clean up my table, without asking me:"May I clear the table please, Sir?". This is basic table manners that have to be asked before removing customer plates! Even during the plate was clean up, the culinary(knife) drop near to my foot! The guy just pickup and walk away! Never apologize!

Are these worth for 10% SERVICE CHARGE? If anyone from Kenny Rogers management are reading this BLOG, please! Train your people before they make more customer run away! Don't forget your competitor (Nando's) is just next to you and their service is getting better.
